Copper ?!?!?!?!?!?

Question by applesauce: Copper ?!?!?!?!?!?
I just replaced the copper wiring in my home and have about 30 feet left over , how much should I get by going to a recycling company or scrap yard ?????????

Look in the phone book for metal recycling companies. Ask them how much per pound copper is getting and if you have to have the insulation stripped before they’ll accept it.
It may be better to just hang onto the wiring because there will always be some electrical project you’ll need it for in the future.
